Delivery timelines

• Processing time: 1–3 business days (order confirmation, quality check, packing).
• Delivery time: 3–8 business days (depends on destination).
• Order cut-off: Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT, London) are processed the next business day.
• Tracking: A tracking number is emailed on dispatch. You can also track via our Track Order page in the header.
• Carriers: We ship with trusted carriers (e.g. DHL, UPS, Royal Mail).

Change of address & cancellations

• Address changes or cancellations possible within 24 hours after purchase.
• After dispatch, changes/cancellations are no longer possible. Items may still be returned per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
