Processing Times

• Orders ship within 1–3 business days.
• You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

U.S. Delivery Estimates

• Standard: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
• Express options may be available at checkout.

Note: Orders are fulfilled from the EU (Netherlands). U.S. deliveries may be subject to customs checks; most orders pass without additional duties, but any import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Some carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes for certain services.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order is in progress.
