30-Day Returns
If you’re not in love with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Non-returnable: final-sale items, gift cards, and worn/washed items.
Return Shipping
- Defective or damaged items: we cover return shipping.
- All other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): customer pays return shipping.

How to Start a Return
- Email support@prnce-charming.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send instructions and, where applicable, a pre-paid label for defective/damaged items.
- Pack your item securely; include the packing slip or order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return the item and place a new order for the desired size or color.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
