Do you ship overseas?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK, and we’re pleased to offer free shipping on all UK orders. No minimum spend required! We’re working hard to expand our shipping options and plan to offer international delivery to more countries later this year.

How long will it take to get my orders?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once shipped, delivery across the UK typically takes an additional 3–8 working days, depending on your location.
Total estimated delivery time: 4–11 working days.
You’ll receive a tracking link in your confirmation email, and you can monitor your order’s progress at any time through our “Track Order” page.

What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days after delivery. Once received, refunds are processed within 7 days.
- Return Costs:The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- Damaged or Wrong Items:Report within 30 days with photos to support@prnce-charming.com .
- Exchanges: Please contact us to request an exchange.
- Refund Method:Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Who pays for return shipping?
